Ernesto Anaya Lara Quintal (February 10, 1962) is a musician from Mexico dedicated to music, mainly Mexican and Latin folk music. He is an arranger, composer, producer, singer, guitarist, violinist, violist, jaranero, huapanguero. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists and groups such as Ana Torroja, Los Folkloristas, Aleks Syntek, Astrid Hadad, Óscar Chávez, Amparo Ochoa, Susana Harp and Bandúla, among others.
Biography: He studied composition at the National School of Music of the UNAM. He studied viola and violin with the teachers Ulises Gómez, Piotr Vodopianov and Javier Montiel at the Ollín Yoliztli School of Artistic Improvement, studied singing with the teacher Manuel Peña.
