American songwriter, prolific in the 1960s.For the recording / mixing engineer, please use Bob Goodman (2).
He charted as a songwriter twice in the U.S.: "Hideaway" by The Four Esquires in 1958 hit #21 and "Close to Cathy" by Mike Clifford in 1962 hit #12 (#4 adult contemporary) (co-written by Earl Shuman, whom he frequently wrote with).
