Pedro "Toly" Ramírez is an arranger, orchestra director, composer, producer, recording director, and a musician as well. Born 1938 in Coquimbo, he worked in Chile until 1970, when he went to U.S.A., to try his luck in New York, where he worked first, redirecting his career in Miami later as an arranger and musical director for many labels there, that worked with lateinamerican artist. He went back to Chile in 1982 and worked again with many musicians there until now. Father of Toly Ramirez.
