French psychedelic pop band, actually an outfit of studio musicians led by Robert Fitoussi.They released one album on the Belgian label Sugar Plum under the name David Explosion, which explains why they are sometimes mistaken for a Belgian band.
Cockpit was the name used for all their releases outside of Belgium.
