Born April 4, 1921 in Obrenovac, Serbia, died June 22, 2004 in Zagreb, Croatia.
High school and a secondary music school he finished in Zagreb. Studied composition at the Zagreb Music Academy with Krsto Odak. Worked as a conductor, music editor and teacher in Zagreb and the Republic of Montenegro (Podgorica and Nikšić). From 1959 to the retirement worked as a music editor in Jugoton. In the same time worked as a conductor of several choirs and led the Ansambl "Tamburica".
