Elephant lumbered into exsistance when Rob schultze of Lithograph found that his current musical endeavors were not flexible enough to contain his creativity.Lithograph depended on a certain sound, and therefore was not suitable for what he wanted to do with the new material.
elephant is a darker, heavier sound with tendancies to drone.
