Electronic project by Polish musician Tomasz Lukowicz. Started in 2007. Tomasz Lukowicz was born in Poland, since 2004 lives in Chester, England, UK.

Fractal was formed in 2007. The first official demo was recorded with a vocal. After all, all the demos were instrumental. In 2008, the project has passed metamorphosis from industrial music to ambient music. Strong influences have had such bands as Autechre, Mnemonic, Biosphere, Access to Arasaka, or music from "Blade Runner". Currently, Fractal is an ambient combination with soundtrack music. In 2021 Fractal joined to Slovak label Aliens Production.
