Real name: Sarah Kirsch
Sarah Kirsch (formerly known as Mike Kirsch; died December 5, 2012) was active in the San Francisco Bay Area hardcore and punk community from the mid-1980s until her death from complications relating to Fanconi Anemia. She changed her name upon coming out as a transgender woman.
