He was born March 29, 1930 and died July 5, 2000 in Vienna.

Since the early sixities he was part of the orchestra at Theater An Der Wien. He also was the guitar player in lots of Austrian easy listening combos like Claudius Alzner Und Seine Solisten as well as session musician for different recordings. In 1975 he became teacher on Vienna's music conservatory.
