Real name: Jonathan Phillips

Emerging from the local acid techno / free party scene, Joni speedbass started producing music around 2000 / 20001. Early tracks were produced on a playstation 1 using 'music' 'music 2000' games, wear as recent work is produced using a PC. Allthough early works appeared on speedbass.com and speedbass.net joni's sound leans more towards a harsh speedcore / noise sound. Joni now produces Extratone style tracks on for 1000 plus net label.
