MATKO BRAJŠA RAŠAN (Pićan, 1859 - Nova Ves 1934) - is a Croatian composer and choir conductor. His passion belonged to Croatian folk songs which he used to collect and treasure for many years. Ne never finished his studies at the Zagreb Music Academy for reasons of love.
