No Dial Tone was a half Norwegian, half American duo who met in Los Angeles over their love for house music in 1999. Vibeke Bruff & Kristina Dunn moved into production in 2010 and collaborated with JT Donaldson on their "Love EP," released on Lithuanian based label, Eleflight Records. Alongside this, their first solo releases, "Moontribe EP," on Cimelde Records, and “I Really Want This EP,” on London based Pins and Needles, came out in 2011.

The two dancers, turned DJs, turned producers, reside in Oslo, Norway and were also the creators behind LIPSTICK, Oslo's infamous club concept since 2006, which takes club-goers on a journey through the universe and back again from their selections of deep/funky/vocal/minimal/house.

They have since parted ways.
