Chris Caswell
Chris Caswell was an American harp maker, multi-instrumentalist (Celtic harp, Scottish bagpipes, Irish flute, tin whistle, and bodhran), singer-songwriter and teacher based in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the 1970s he was a member of Robin Williamson & His Merry Band, appearing on three of their albums. He formed the duo Caswell Carnahan with Danny Carnahan in 1978, recording and releasing two albums for the Kicking Mule label in the early 1980s. He released two further albums in 1999 and 2001. Caswell died of cancer on January 21, 2013 at the age of 60.
