Lonely Guest is a project by Tricky, conceived and put together between 2020 and 2021.
Tricky had been expecting to be on the road throughout 2020 promoting is solo record Tricky - Fall To Pieces, the pandemic did not allowed it, and that made him start to work through various collaborations with other artists, realizing they could work together. The self titled album came out in October 2021, by Tricky's label False Idols, with collaborations of Marta Zlakowska, Joe Talbot, Oh Land, Murkage Dave, Lee Perry, Rina Mushonga, Kway, Paul Smith and Breanna Barbara.
