Jackie Oates is a singer and fiddle player from Staffordshire. She was a founder member of Northumbrian group and Mercury nominated Rachel Unthank and the Winterset until she left to pursue a solo career in early 2007.Her third album, "Hyperboreans", was produced by her brother Jim Moray.
