Traffic Jammies is an electro/breakbeat artist mainly associated with beauty:burst. It was originally a two-person unit comprised of Yuji Yamakawa and Masanori Sato of the band NIP, but Yuji left sometime after 2003. Between 2000 and 2003, the NIP name was used for both the rock group and Traffic Jammies-style tracks on various compilation CDs. Sato continues making music under this alias, releasing albums on his own label about once a year.
