A pseudonym of budget records entrepreneur D. L. Miller.

Norman Cook, sourced material from the Stereo Gold Award catalog and found himself taken to court by Damil Music and Miller's daughter, Patricia. The samples used on Build It Up, Tear It Down came from 'Acid Test', a track on Tribute To Jimi Hendrix by The Purple Fox, to which 'Leo Muller' held the copyrights. Cook settled the suit for £400.
