Swedish clarinetist and conductor, born 14 December 1970 in Uppsala, Sweden. He grew up in Sollefteå and Sundsvall and lives in Stockholm. He works with orchestras and conductors around the world. Martin Fröst is also a chamber musician and is the artistic director of Mora Vinterfest and Stavanger International Chamber Music Festival.

He is the conductor of Svenska Kammarorkestern, Örebro (Swedish Chamber Orchestra) since season 2019/2020.

He is the brother of Johan Fröst.
