Filipino postition as for politics, but formerly a singer (born on 1959 in Davao Del Sur), he was in the 3rd place in the 1983 Hong Kong Pop Festival and after that he became a Sports Promotor and a businessman for the next two decades, after all he became as a Municipal Mayor of Abad Santos, Davao Del Sur.
