Dutch singer/actor with roots in Suriname. When he's 18 years old he moves to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where he gets his first contract. His first single, named Dance On The Beach is a hit in Belgium. Later on he writes music for (for example) Victoria Wilson James and Tim Immers and he works with George Clinton and Bootsy Collins.
In 1996 he plays his first musical, Faya, together with Gerda Havertong and Stanley Burleson. Two years later he scored his biggest hit, as an actor in the dutch soap "Onderweg Naar Morgen". In this tv-show he performs a song called Summer Rain, which until now is his only hit in The Netherlands.
