Melissa Brown is from Burbank, California. She is an alumni of the John Burroughs Choir and was awarded best female vocalist in her graduate year. She then was known as popular dance recording artist Miranda. Melissa Brown now writes, acts, and produces her own music and plays. She studied at the McCadden Place Theatre for two years. Melissa has also studied with her Cherokee and Navajo elders and has also been trained in the Bardic Arts of Fairy Song Spell an Irish/Celtic Tradition of story telling.
