Real name: Ralph Alexander Cruickshank
Canadian composer, conductor and music executive. Joined BMI Canada Ltd. in 1966 and managed its publishing division until 1969 when it was acquired by Berandol Music Limited. He left BMI to join Berandol as Vice-President until he purchased the publisher in 1972 and became President.
