Tupper Saussy was an American composer, musician, author, and artist. He was perhaps best known for being the songwriter and keyboardist for psychedelic pop band The Neon Philharmonic, whose vocalist was Don Gant. Born July 3, 1936 Statesboro, Georgia and died March 16, 2007 Nashville, Tennessee.
