German conductor, born 29 July 1946 in Guttenberg, Oberfranken, Germany; died 15 June 2018 in Munich, Germany.
Enoch zu Guttenberg founded the Choral Community Neubeuern (Chorgemeinschaft Neubeuern) in 1967 and within a few years led them to international concert fame. Together with the Choral Community he won several awards, including the German Cultural Award in 1988. Between 1980 and 1988 he also directed the Cäcilienverein Frankfurt, a choral institution with a very rich tradition. He was the First Guest Conductor of the The Baltic Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Poland. In 1987 he received the German Federal Service Cross for his musical work.
