Soul / funk group from Kansas City, Missouri.

SMOKE began singing in 1970 at the Royal Bunny Club in KC, Kansas. The group toured with the Dells and the Undisputed Truth. SMOKE co-starred with such luminaries as B. B. King, Redd Foxx, and Marvin Gaye. They perfomed in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Atlanta and many towns in the South and Southeast.
