This 2-CD set borrows its artwork and title from the 1984 West-German cassette compilation International, and even uses the logo and catalogue number from the 1988 CD reissue. It expands upon the concept of ABBA singing in other languages significantly, however. Despite the apparent similarities, this so-called Deluxe Edition release only has four tracks in common with the earlier compilation it is mimicking.
This set includes all the Spanish language songs found on the 2014 deluxe edition of the album Gracias Por La Musica, which were previously collected on the expanded reissues of Oro (Grandes Exitos), from 1999 onwards. The songs in Swedish, French, and German have been made available as bonus tracks on remastered ABBA albums in the Deluxe Edition series.
