The outer jacket is a laminated fold around page over a laminated generic red die cut sleeve. The inner sleeve is a generic die cut white heavy paper.
The CDr is housed in a pain orange paper CD sleeve with a die cut cellophane opening.

Recorded live in Comiskey Park, Chicago, Illinois, USA on August 5th, 1978.
