SOME promo copies of this box to NOT include the envelope with memorabillia "extras" - instead there was an official letter from Sony Japan to explain that those items could not be included as production was not yet complete. Booklets, poster and sticker were included.

The separate promo CD single was not included with the promo set at the time of distribution.


Comes in a tri-fold hardback tall booklet within a cardboard O-Card featuring the additional text "Collector's Edition 3DVD Set".
Includes reproduction tour poster, memorabilia, new liner notes and unseen photos.
