30 were released with alternative sleeves and inserts because the sleeves were not finished in time for a show they had booked. The alternative sleeve is blank on the inside and the insert has a note saying they would swap out the old sleeve for the correct one when they are finished. None of the temporary sleeves or inserts were ever returned.

Additional Notes:
There are some white spots in the black border on the front of the sleeve. These were caused by a glare on the clear film overlay that has the title lettering on it.
The image on the back of the sleeve is much clearer than on the standard sleeve, not as dark.
These sleeves are blank inside, whereas the inside of the standard sleeves have a collage and band photos.
The insert has a blurb at the bottom, regarding the replacement sleeve option.
