Includes a custom tracklist card on 100% recycled hand-pressed paper, 3 hand-made F O R M stickers, and hand-painted insert art (each insert is one of a kind, 4" x 4" cropped 1/100th of the original 36" x 48" album art (painting on canvas) and comes signed, and numbered according to its location on the complete piece).
