On the center labels the songs "Observations" and "Predictable" are switched. Correct tracklisting is on the back cover as well as on the lyrics sheet.

This release was pressed from the original metal parts of Satiate or Satiate but was released by Old Glory Records instead of Catheter-Assembly. Supposedly the original metal parts wore out or broke during repressing so a new lacquer cut was required (see Satiate).
