Here the box set, which was sold from A Challenge Of Honour himself via his homepage. The cardboard box contains the CD (which is the re-release on Cold Spring), one t-shirt and five photos. One picture is glued on the front of the box. It is sealed with an bandarole and limited to 20 copies.

Originally privately released in October 2001 as a limited edition CDr. This new version has 3 extra tracks.
