This april, Aantrekkelijk Zwaktebod, also from Lärmschutz' hometown Utrecht, recorded five improvised pieces. Busy sonic landscapes give way to dreamvibes and rhythmic patterns, always moving and always developing.

The rhythmic steadyness of Aantrekkelijk Zwaktebod is not something Lärmschutz usually shoots for. For side B, the band invites bassist Niels Achtereekte (who both Rutger & Stef play with in Makaak) to add a few deep layers of bass. With this denser mix of frequencies, the layering that is done in the music mimics that of Aantrekkelijk Zwakterbod (even though the music is very, very different).
