**It is important to note that there is a Rakkaus Records that already exists in Sweden, it is run by Swedish artist Jonatan Bäckelie. Through PMs with an inquirer on the label's Facebook page, he clarified that Aaron Carter has never had any involvement with his record label, and stated that even though the name of the label was copywritten in Sweden, according to Swedish legislation, that name copyright "does not prohibit someone from operating in another part of the world (at least not outside the EU)". So, it appears that Aaron Carter's "Rakkaus Records" (unclear when it was started) is a different label with the same name as this Swedish label, which was started in 2010.
