Tracks 4, 6, 7 and 8 comprise the 1987 cassette single, "Snobbery & Decay (Cabaret-Cassette)" (CTIS 28). Tracks 6, 7 and 8 appear for the first time on a digital release.

Tracks 2 and 6 are the same, except track 6 finishes with the complete 7" version, while track 2 (the 12" vinyl version) omits the short orchestral introduction to the 7".

Track 7 is a short version of "Strong Poison" that appears on the standard "Showtime / That's Entertainment" 12", with a fade out. The full version with a cold ending appears on the 7" (and continues to be vinyl only).

All tracks use the original, relatively quiet masters, instead of volume-boosted tracks on later compilations. Some tracks contain lengthy blank passages, while some are cut slightly short at the end.
