This version is all on black vinyl with orange and dark green center labels. The previous versions all had black and white center labels with different images on them. This version also has a machine printed fold-over cover with a pasted center image that differs between copies. The previous versions all had screen printed covers. A fold-out rectangular insert was also included.

There is another black vinyl version with black and white labels.

Recorded March of 1994 at Glass Hand in Richmond, Virginia.

The runouts are all etched, except for kdisc which is stamped.

The release number is derived from the runouts.
