Portuguese band AFFAIRE, who is around since 2011, plays powerful hard rock with lots of sleaze and a certain, quite surprising portion of synth-wave at times. Obviously, there's much eighties involved but the sound is all but old-fashioned. Early RECKLESS LOVE and also HARDCORE SUPERSTAR as well as CRAZY LIXX are fitting comparisons. Frontman Tawny Raw does a really good job and seems to have soaked in that very style. But also Rick Rivotti's guitar tracks are really good and showcase his talent.
