Total pressing of 1000, 100 of which were issued with a folded, trimmed and stapled A3 sleeve. (See 'I'm Afflicted'.)

The remainder of the pressing [900 copies = this] was issued in plain die-cut sleeves stamped "Afflicted - Limited Edition" and included a folded A4 with a new design, advertising their ongoing residency at The Fountain, Deptford, on Sundays as well as their "newish name", 'Afflicted 80'. The plain white labels for this version are marked on both sides with a new rubber-stamp reading:
'BONK RECORDS / PRESENTS / AFFLICTED / 1 - "I'M AFFLICTED" / 2 - "BE AWARE" '
