100 copies of the total pressing of 1000 (according to "45 Revolutions") were made with a folded, trimmed, and stapled A3 sleeve [this] and typically have plain white labels rubber-stamped "© BONK RECORDS / THE AFFLICTED" and hand-written song titles.

The remaining 900 copies pressed were issued in plain die-cut sleeves stamped "Afflicted - Limited Edition" (I'm Afflicted) and included a folded A4 with a different design (which suggested they'd made a name-change to "Afflicted 80"). The white labels for the second version are marked on both sides with a rubber-stamp [different to this] containing Bonk, Afflicted, and track titles, although copies may exist with the first sleeve and both rubber-stamps and/or in other combinations.
