Reissue of Afterbirth - Sloppy Seconds with Artist's name changed to Algae Afterbirth & Playpen, circa 1989.
Re-pressing was done at Rainbo Records because QCA had refused to press any more GG Allin records for Black & Blue. "QCA" is heavily scratched out of the runouts and new markings are added but not Rainbo's typical R-###### numbering.

Single-sided pocket sleeve printed on standard paper. (Only Algae and Babe remained from Afterbirth, so the personnel credits and photo from the Afterbirth sleeve were removed.)
