John Haughm of Agalloch asserted that the 2011 Grau releases are not licensed and therefore bootlegs, not endorsed by the band. Any disputes were resolved over the licensing matter and these continue to be sold officially in Europe. There is no legal ruling to support Haughm's opinion on the matter, so these remain official.
