First edition: Blue border cardboard cover with Ayler credited as composer on all songs. The second issue had a thinner cover without the blue border. At some point the thin cover started coming with a sticker correcting the credit of Witches and Devils to Norman Howard. The record was pressed with both outer label groove and a pressing ring/groove near spindle hole (as pictured on this listing) and one with only the pressing ring near the spindle hole. The latter are mostly seen in the thin cardboard covers.
