Second European pressing of 381 copies, 200 with screenprinted tour covers, 150 with screenprinted mailorder covers, 31 with overrun personal handmade covers, 5 test presses with handmade covers. Each cover exists in a lot of different versions, way too many to count. The labels on every version of the second pressing are white.

This was pressed in Europe and the mastering is slightly different to the first European pressing.
