This version's side A plays a "remix" (or "alternate version" / 7" version) of the song "Conoscersi", although this is not written anywhere on the release. This version differs from the one published on the 1986 album "Park Hotel" and on the other version of this single Alice - Conoscersi, as it has a different mixing in vocals, some keyboards, and features unique, reverse-played spoken vocals in Italian.

So Alice - Conoscersi does NOT have the remix on Side A, but the 'standard' album version.

Also, matrix numbers differ:
Matrix ending in A2 (this version): "Remix"
Matrix ending in A1 (black/red cover): normal album version.

The back cover of this release (upper right corner) states that there is a 12" Maxi-Single version of this 7" (With catalogue number 1CK060 11 8792 6) which is suspected not to have been released.
