This version was exclusive to the Good Records store front and featured pink foil numbering rather than the blue numbering on the wide release.
This variant also included a set of 5x7 prints signed by the surviving 4 members of the Alice Cooper Group, a jukebox tag and a glow in the dark 45 adapter.
