88697-46571-2 is the only catalog number that appears anywhere on this release. The back cover of this release is different than other releases. The DIDX number in the matrix is also different than the one in The Element Of Freedom and The Element Of Freedom.

All track times are copied from a CD rip in iTunes.

The last track has an alternate version present on this release (a video is on the release page). It is specifically titled "Empire State of Mind (Part II)" and has a running time of 3:43 instead of the regular version (containing "Broken Down") that is approximately 3:36. The beat at the end of the regular version is prominent throughout the whole length of this version. Other tracks on the album may be different from the regular pressings; however, track times do not seem different for any other songs compared to The Element Of Freedom (a common US pressing).
