Front cover artwork variation with a picture of Marlon Brando and Kim Hunter in "A Streetcar Named Desire".

Plain white cover with front & back artwork glued on.
Side A label is blank, printers refused the image on 'moral grounds' - original label included on one of the inserts.
Comes with two 21.5 x 35 cm insert sheets, one double-sided and the other one single-sided.
