Anasarca's first release, a self-titled demo tape on Nick's own label Planaria Recordings. Two-panel j-card is made of textured recycled cardstock with cover art, tracklist, and credits on one side; lyrics on the other. Tracks repeat on both sides.

First pressing of 200 copies with a later identical repress of 100 copies, all on pro-printed black cassettes.

Recorded May 21st and 22nd of 1994 and mixed June 9th of the same year.
