The man in the photos is Vaclav Rakušan from Český Krumlov. He is a very nice man who has seen some hard times in his life. The villagers of Krumlov have nicknamed Vaclav "El Presidente" and treat him with kindness and respect. This is something you rarely see in this day and age and it warms my heart.

If you run into Vaclav sometime, buy him a beer.
