Anis Gabi, a passionate musician, is known for his explosive voice in stage performances and award shows. He is the son of renowned Ethiopian Afaan Oromo singer Gabi Edao, growing up in a musical family that nurtured his dream of becoming a musician. Anis holds bachelor's and master's degrees in music, and he has been working as a music teacher for two years. He's now embarked on realizing his lifelong aspiration of becoming a singer with his debut single "Haadha Milkii."“Haadha Milkii” is an Affan Oromo music with a similar feel to the works of Ali Bira and Mahmoud Ahmed. This music was composed by famous jazz musician Jorga Mesfin and has a unique melody created by combining Ethio-jazz and West African sounds. “Haadha Milkii” not only highlights Anis’s melodious voice in a unique way, but it is also a beautiful piece of music with various traditional and modern instruments. In this musical work, Lencho Gemechu participated in the lyrics, Jorga Mesfin in the rearrangement, and other veteran musicians such as Henok Temesgen and Tewodros Aklilu also participated.
